DIGITAL FARM - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Digital Farm's website, services, NFT passes, wallet services, or $PIF tokens (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited

• You are not on any sanctions lists or prohibited from using cryptocurrency services

4. NFT PASSES AND MEMBERSHIP

4.1 Purchase and Ownership

• NFT Passes are available for purchase through our designated payment processors (Coinbase Commerce, PayPal)

• Upon successful payment, NFT Passes are minted to your wallet address on the Polygon blockchain

• You own the NFT Pass once it is transferred to your wallet

• NFT Passes are sold on a non-refundable basis

4.2 Membership Tiers

• One wallet address should hold only one NFT Pass per tier to ensure proper functionality

5. WALLET SERVICES

5.1 Magic.link Integration

• We provide wallet services through Magic.link, a third-party provider

• Your wallet is created using email-based authentication

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account

• We do not have access to your private keys

5.2 Wallet Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for:

  • All transactions made from your wallet

  • Maintaining access to your wallet

  • The security of your wallet credentials

  • Any losses resulting from compromised accounts

5.3 Network Risks

• Our Services operate on the Polygon blockchain

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible

• Network fees (gas fees) may apply to transactions

6. $PIF TOKEN
